Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. 25th Anniversary Limited Edition of 15,000. With all the fanfare of an opening night on Broadway, this piece is billed by theatergoers as the grandest introduction of all. The Majestic advertises its Spectacular Holiday Gala on the marque. The highlights of the piece are the two curved staircases and 2nd floor balcony that really set off this beautiful theater.
