- Dept 56 "Pickford Place" Christmas In The City Item # 58879 Introduced in 1995 and retired 1998. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Four-story walkup with entry canopy, decorated with script "P". Building name above paned first-level window with lamp close by. Second-story arched window has potted plant while other front windows have wrought iron ornamentation. Date appears on ornate roof molding.
