- Dept 56 "Spring St. Coffee House" Christmas In The City Item #58809 Introduced in 1993 and retired 1996. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Four-story narrow building. Steps lead to entry door covered by small pillared portico. Hanging sign over entrance. Buy beans ground to order & blended for taste, or have a cup at the shop. Lower level is brick, upper stories are stucco. 1 of a 2 piece set called West Village Shops which also includes "Potter's Tea" sold separately.
