- Dept 56 "The Times Tower" Christmas In The City #55510 Created and sold only for 1999. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Commemorating the year 2000, the animated roof ball lights up, then descends and flashes at the bottom, all at your command, similar to the one in Times Square. Includes a couple celebrating, a bag of confetti. and changeable numbers from 1 thru 9. Size: Base is a little triangular being 4.5" wide at the back and 6.5" from front to back. The height to the top of the ball pole is 18 inches.
