- "Mrs. Brimm's Tea Room Gift Set" Dept. 56 gift set of 4, Item #58487. Introduced 2001, this set was limited to the production year 2002. It was first available during the Mother's Day Spring Program. This set of 4 includes building, sign that can be personalized, tree, and accessory "High Tea." Hanging sign and 2 hanging plants are separate in box. During the retail sales, 5% of the proceeds went to fight against breast cancer. Naturally since this is secondary market, that percentage was already paid when it was purchased from the retailer. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve.
