- "Royal Staffordshire Porcelains" Dept. 56 Item #58481. Introduced 2000 and retired 2002. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. This is a prime example of a small english business comprising both the display area and living quarters. The ground floor has full windows surounding 2 sides of the display area and 2 kilns on the other side. The upper floor is living quarters with a steep roof allowing snow to slide off easily. A sign is separate in the box. Bottle ovens were once a common sight along the picturesque canals running through the county of Staffordshire. This factory produces some of the finest porcelain candle extinguishers, which are proudly sold in this exquisite shop located under the same roof. Size: 8" x 5.5" x 7"
