- "Pierce Boat Works" Dept. 56 New England Village Item #56573. Introduced 1995 and retired 2000. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Boats for lobstermen and fishermen are built at the boat works. Wooden building with double doors allow boats to be pulled or rolled down ramp. Rowboat held on winch and pulley rig on side of building. Size: 8.5" x 7.5" x 8"
