- "Elf Mountain Ski Resort" North Pole Dept. 56 Item #56700. Introduced 1999 and retired 2002. A ski gondola is ready to leave the resort & station and head up the hill. The building features a very steep roof and tall spire-like viewing tower. It also has two flags that are separate in the box. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve.
