"Cypress Trees"
- "Cypress Trees" Dept. 56 Little Town Of Bethlehem Set of 3, Item #59907. Introduced 2000 and retired 2005. Cypress trees were highly prized during biblical times for their hard, fragrant wood. The timber from these evergreens provided a favorite shipbuilding material and was also used for the construction of Solomon's Temple and Palace in Jerusslem. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. This piece was actually spelled Cyprus Trees in the early release and changed to Cypress later. Size: 7.75" x 2", 6.75" x 1.75", 5.25" x 1.5".
