- "Colonial Farm House" Dept. 56 Snow Village Item #50709. Introduced 1980 and retired 1982. House with wide front porch, two front dormers in attic, symmetrical layout of windows. Mint condition piece in original box. Noteable: Dept 56 made a mistake with the Item number because they also used this same numbe for a piece made in 1986 All Saints Church.
