- "Delta House" Dept. 56 Snow Village Item #50121. Introduced 1984 and retired 1986. A large brick house with a balcony above the wraparound porch which is separate from the entry. The decorative porch trim design is repeated where the roof and brick meet and on turret. Mint condition piece in original box. The piece offered is with the ornamental "iron works" atop the tower. Many collectors are unaware of the ornamental iron trim at all, in fact it's rare to find a piece that still has it according to Peter George, publisher of Greenbook.
