- "Ghostly Carousel" Dept. 56 Halloween Village Item #55317. Introduced 2002 and retired 2005. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. It is a revolving piece and includes the adapter. When you plug it in there are 16 red lights that surround the canopy and 8 yellow lights inside. It has an on/off button. When you push the button "On", the figures revolve and the music plays. If you don't push the "Off" button it will go for 1 minute and stop by itself. Height: 9"
