Issued in 1989 and retired in 1990 after licensing problems with the US Postal Service claimed its color and eagle was an exact replica of the real thing. The green & red mailbox with the dove (item#5198-5) was the inadequate but legal replacement in 1990. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve.
