- "Special Delivery" Red, White, & Blue, Dept. 56 Snow Village set of 2, Item #51489. Introduced 1989 and retired 1990. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Mailman & Mailbag with his mail truck in USPS colors of red, white and blue with eagle logo. It was discontinued due to licensing problems with the U.S. Postal Service. Replaced with 1990, Special Delivery, Red & Green #51977. Size: Vehicle 4", Figure 3.25"
