- Dept 56 "Spruce Place" Snow Village #50490 Introduced in 1985, Retired in 1987. Mint condition piece in original box. Victorian house has a windowed turret rising above a covered porch. There's decorative molding above the porch, windows and dormer. A circular window over the porch is deorated with a wreath.
