- "Village Animated Photo With Santa" Dept. 56 Snow Village set of 10, Item #52790. Introduced 1999 and retired 2001. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. This piece is a really cute Dept 56 masterpiece of animation. Watch the birdie! This animated base features a tiny elfin photographer behind the lens of a camera equipped with an operating "flash" and a knack for putting a smile on anyone's face. Pivoting back and forth, everyone's favorite jolly old elf moves on his stand to pose with each of the 3 individual kids as they make their way around the track. The children move at different times to advance in the line and stop to wait until they finally advance next to Santa for the photo flash to take the memorable picture. It includes the adapter to make it animate. Size: 11" x 11" x 7".
